Local Family Unveils Baltimore Retail Redevelopment Plans

TOWSON, MD—Groundbreaking on the 16,000-square foot is rescheduled to begin later this year.

TOWSON, MD—A local family that owns a 1.3-acre site fronting York Road in Baltimore’s Lutherville-Timonium submarket plans to tear down the existing retail store on the site at 1620 York Rd., Watson’s Garden Center, and build a small neighborhood center in its place. The family formed an LLC, Three W Realty, for the project.

Groundbreaking is expected this spring with delivery scheduled for spring of 2017, although it is possible it could deliver this fall, Sierra Mid Atlantic broker Mark Mueller told GlobeSt.com. He, and colleague Margaret Meginniss, are the leasing agents.
