Turkish Consulate General Signs Lease at 605 Third Ave.

With this 20,000 square-foot lease, Fisher Brothers has rented over 260,000 square feet in the Class-A Midtown East Tower.

New York City—The Turkish Consulate General of New York has signed a lease with Fisher Brothers for the entire 30th floor, comprising 19,871 square feet at 605 Third Ave. They will move offices from 825 Third Ave. between E. 50th and E. 51st street to their new location down the street on Third Avenue between E. 39th and E. 40th streets in July 2018.

Although further details regarding the lease were not disclosed, a source close to the transaction tells GlobeSt.com that the asking rent was in the high $70s per square foot.
