Dan Pryor, a partner at Odessa Realty Investments, is a 25-year industry veteran, will provide private and institutional owners, managers, and investors with objective and constructive thought leadership positions critical to increasing the operational efficiency of an existing property and essential for accurately evaluating the profitability of a potential acquisition. During 2004 to 2006, Mr. Pryor managed and repositioned a mixed-asset real estate portfolio with properties located primarily in Arizona, Texas, and the New York metropolitan area delivering to investors an IRR of 34%, net of corporate costs. The real estate portfolio itself realized an IRR of greater than 40% in the two-year period. Pryor also has an institutional financial background as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup). As a corporate finance investment banker for 11 years, he initiated and completed many capital markets transactions including public and private equity and debt offerings in the U.S. and Europe. He also worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Pryor is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Institute for Real Estate
