Mr. Grenfell, REA, LEED AP, has over 12 years experience in the environmental consulting industry and has worked in various disciplines, including regulatory compliance, EH&S, asbestos abatement, air monitoring, Tier II reporting, Phase II ESAs, and environmental due diligence practices, including Phase I ESAs and PCAs. Mr. Grenfell’s primary area of expertise is in the environmental due diligence field, where he has performed hundreds of Phase I ESAs and has managed thousands of due diligence projects. Mr. Grenfell specializes in the unique aspects of due diligence performed in San Francisco and northern California.
