Mr. Joe Derhake, PE, serves as the president of Partner Engineering and Science, a national environmental and engineering due diligence consulting firm. Mr. Derhake has been practicing in the environmental and engineering due diligence field for over 18 years. He has worked on thousands of transactions, subsurface investigations, and site remediation projects. His clientele includes many of the nation’s largest lenders, real estate investors, and corporations. Mr. Derhake is a registered civil engineer in multiple states. He holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and Masters in Business Administration from University of Southern California.
