Joseph Fobert is the National Practice Leader for AIG’s Real Estate & Retail Industry Practice Group in the U.S and Canada. Joe joined AIG in 2000 and has served in various underwriting and real estate management roles. Prior to joining AIG, Joe worked for several insurance companies in both underwriting and management capacities. Joe has drafted over a dozen property and casualty coverage forms and endorsements, and has been quoted in industry leading publications such as the National Underwriter on both real estate and “green” insurance topics. Joe holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and completed his MBA at the College of Insurance.
