Executive Bio
Ms. Houston has ten years of experience in the real estate due diligence field. She has a strong background in providing environmental due diligence for debt and equity transactions, as well as the performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance audits, limited asbestos surveys and indoor air quality studies. Ms. Houston currently serves in a dual role as a Project Manager and National Client Manager for Partner Engineering & Science providing solutions to clients due diligence and engineering needs. Ms. Houston has been personally involved in the detail of thousands of real estate transactions for various client types. As a result, she understands the specific needs and scopes of work required for the different parties involved in the transaction.
