Sharon Dworkin Bell serves as Senior Staff Vice President for Multifamily and 50+ Housing at the National Association of Home Builders where she represents developers of market-rate apartments, condominiums, workforce rental housing and active-adult/retirement housing.

Sharon has lead responsibility for all multifamily activities and has access to an impressive network of resources and experts at one of the nation's largest and most influential trade associations. NAHB is focused on all aspects of land use and development, including related regulation and legislation.
