Stephen J. Duffy is Managing Director of the real estate practice at Moss Adams Capital. Steve is the leader of the real estate consulting and investment banking business in Moss Adams Capital LLC, an affiliate of Moss Adams LLP. A former partner at both Kenneth Leventhal & Co. and Ernst & Young across 28 years at those firms, Steve assists companies across product types, across the capital stack (equity investors and lenders) and across domestic and international borders in areas such as restructuring, capital markets, M&A and strategic planning. He has operating-executive experience as a COO, principal and managing principal in the multifamily industry and in institutional real estate private equity.
