EVENT OVERVIEW: The ITRA Global 2012 Corporate Real Estate Symposium will be held on September 12, 2012 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London, England. The Symposium is a premier event to which all European company executives and their internal real estate decision makers will be invited. For the purpose of providing vital information to European companies considering establishing facilities in the Americas, expert panels will address the topic “Doing Business in the Americas”. The all day event is expected to attract many European Corporate Executives.

The event will consist of two expert Panels. The first will be the Corporate Executive Panel, composed of corporate executives who will share case studies and address valuable facility specific issues relative to availability, build-to-suit and leasing vs. ownership.

The second panel will be The Economic Development Panel, which will consist of the president of ITRA Global’s Chicago office, Dr. Ronald R. Pollina, a Geo-economist, whose firm, ITRA / Pollina Corporate Real Estate publishes annually the widely anticipated “Top 10 Pro-Business States”, as well as top Economic Development executives from government agencies in the Americas, including officials from Canada, Colombia, Mexico and the United States, to name a few. Panelists will address business, facility and location related factors, along with the many incentives provided by various jurisdictions for companies expanding to their regions. Planned as a moderated forum, guest attendees will be encouraged to share questions and concerns.
