MBA's Meet the Developers

Mortgage Bankers Association of New York hosts "Meet the Developers" as part of a luncheon program on Thursday, February 16, at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue at 41st Street. GlobeSt.com’s Jaqueline Hlavenka will be covering the panel. The event will begin with a registration and networking hour from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by the luncheon and panel discussion through 2 p.m.

The panel will feature principals of four prominent development firms: Christopher V. Albanese, President of Albanese Organization, Inc.; Henry Justin, President of HJ Development, LLC; David Kramer, Partner, The Hudson Companies, Inc.; and Joseph A. Tahl, President of Tahl Propp Equities. Discussions will cover everything from upcoming projects to loan negotiations in the current lending environment. Panelists will also offer their insights on such topics as the outlook on financial and real estate markets and future prospects for development deals.

"We’ll be hearing from four active developers to find out about today’s market challenges and opportunities," said Mr. Stein. "The relationship and history between the MBANY audience and these principals who are helping to shape the development environment should provide for a lively and informative discussion."
