Lionstone Buys 30 Acres for Mixed-Use Development

DENVER-The former headquarters for the Gates Rubber Co. is now part of Lionstone Urban Investments, a Houston-based company comprised of mostly veteran real estate executives with Hines. The development will be a mixed-use, transit development off Interstate 25 and Broadway.
