Woolbright Will Add 45,000 SF to $22M Pinewood Square Buy

LAKE WORTH, FL-The Boca Raton-based shopping center owner plans to add 45,000 sf to the 130,000-sf neighborhood shopping center it acquired fully leased from Ross Realty. Sanctuary Spa and a martial arts center have already signed up.
