NEW YORK CITY-Blackstone completes its merger with Wyndham International and places a mix of properties into a new brand featuring luxury hotels, resorts, golf clubs and marinas. Blackstone intends to invest $400 million in improvements to the 21 properties which are located in the US, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
