Off-Market Package Drums Up $28M Plus for Texas Exit

DALLAS-In a packaged deal, development partners from SoCal buy Aviall Inc.'s 303,734-sf headquarters and regional distribution center and Hitachi's 72,056-sf microchip facility, allowing a clean exit of Texas by Tampa, FL-based HBO Acquisitions.
