GE Real Estate's $45M Backing 498-Unit Deal

AUSTIN-The lender clears a $44.65-million loan, with a $5.7-million cap-ex reserve, for Preiss Co. and HSBC Real Estate Equity Partners to buy the 1,548-bed Campus Estates.
