SunCor Passes Tower II to Sumitomo for $93M

TEMPE, AZ-With the 1031 exchange clock ticking, Sumitomo deploys $92.5 million into the purchase of the 300,000-sf Tower II at Hayden Ferry Lakeside from SunCor.
