$50M Parking Garage Kick Starts $400M TOD

PLEASANT HILL, CA-Now that the Contra Costa County redevelopment agency has completed a new parking garage for the BART station here, the surface parking will be replaced with 522 residential units, a 270,000-sf office building and 35,000 sf of retail.
