Bluegreen Shares Jump 87% on Buyout Offer

LAS VEGAS-Locally based Diamond Resorts, which acquired Sunterra Corp. last year, offers to buy the Boca Raton, FL-based timeshare company for more than double its share price prior to the announcement.
