Boyd Halts Work on $4B Echelon Project

LAS VEGAS-Under construction for the past year and scheduled to open in late 2010, the $4-billion development on the Las Vegas Strip will stop and Boyd’s joint venture with Morgans Hotel Group for two hotels on the property will dissolve.
