NEW YORK CITY-Victoria's Secret inks a deal combining two spaces of 9,928 sf on grade and 9,682 sf in the basement at 591-593 Broadway. Eastern Mountain Sports moves from 591 Broadway to 18,000 sf at 530 Broadway.
