Caruso Hotel Plan Wins Panel Approval

MONTECITO, CA-The Montecito Planning Commission votes 4-1 to approve Caruso Affiliated’s plans for a new 192-room, five-star luxury hotel on the site of the shuttered Miramar Hotel.
