LAS VEGAS-Minneapolis-based Ameriprise Financial Inc. has acquired an office building in Las Vegas for its new call center. The company has paid $14.5 million to purchase the office building measuring 100,000 square feet in the Hughes Airport Center business park.

The property was sold by MIG Real Estate, a real estate investment company based in California. The Las Vegas call center, which will accommodate 300 employees by 2013, will manage financial transactions and client needs. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
