HOUSTON-Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Liberty Property Trust has started construction work on two speculative industrial buildings totaling 212,000 square feet in Liberty Northwest Business Center. A 128,000-square-foot building will come up at 14031 Hollister Road and an 84,000-square-foot will rise at 5500 N. Sam Houston Parkway West.

The company is constructing the two industrial buildings on its remaining 28-acre lot in the industrial park. Both facilities will be completed in January 2012. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
