Lee & Associates Names VPs of Vegas Office

Lexis
LAS VEGAS-Lee & Associates has named Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt vice presidents of its Las Vegas office. According to a prepared statement, “the move lends further proof that Lee & Associates is maintaining its profitability and nationwide growth despite operating in an economy riddled with financial uncertainty and corporate downsizing.”
“Both Chris and Joe’s wealth of expertise and outstanding track records make them well suited for the positions,” says Stephen Spelman, president of the Lee & Associates’ Las Vegas office. “They bring the type of industry knowledge that enables them to survey the state of the market and successfully meet their clients’ needs.”
According to Spelman, “their rise through the ranks is a testament to the Lee business model: earning ownership in the firm through constant hard work and unwavering determination. I look forward to their continued success in the new roles.”
After beginning his commercial real estate career in 2004, Leavitt earned the associate of the year distinction in 2005, 2008, and 2010. He specializes in leasing, sales and investments of industrial properties along with land sales for commercial and industrial development in the Las Vegas market. He has sold and leased more than 5.5 million square feet and continues to successfully represent property owners, investors and tenants.
Like his colleague, Lexis joined Lee in 2004 and earned the associate of the year distinction for 2006, 2009 and 2010. In his experience, Lexis has represented numerous clients in individual deals involving more than 284,000 square feet and land sales in excess of more than 140 acres. Some clients included Westwood Storage Properties, GTECH Corp., Lexus of Las Vegas, Douglas Nissan, Swisher Hygiene and Party City. He currently markets a number of projects in the Valley and is targeting end users and developers requiring land and industrial needs.
