HOUSTON-Read King Commercial Real Estate of Houston and an unnamed developer have planned to construct a five-story apartment building with a retail space at the corner of W. Alabama and Shepherd. The new Inner Loop project will succeed two shopping centers.

The development will include 250 apartments over 30,000 square feet of retail space. Read King will start the construction work in Q1 2012 and complete it in Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
