BUCKHEAD, GA-Camden Property Trust, a real estate company based in Houston, has acquired The Paces, an apartment complex at 77 East Andrews and Roswell Roads in Buckhead, for an amount of $39.3 million. The company had the apartment complex under contract last month.

The property sits on more than 30 acres of land. A team headed by Paul Berry of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the ownership. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
