ATLANTA-Irving, Texas-based JLB Partners LP and San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co. have created a joint venture to construct a new Class A residential community in Atlanta. The new multifamily community will be called Buckhead Village.

Buckhead Village will be constructed in the Buckhead neighborhood and will have four- and five-story buildings containing 373 units. The complex will measure 345,224 square feet and will hold a 583-space parking garage. Construction started on August 8. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
