Accounting Firm to Relocate its Offices to Two Riverway

HOUSTON-Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches LLP, an accounting firm based in Houston, will move its headquarters to Two Riverway from San Felipe Plaza. The company has signed a lease deal for roughly 45,000 square feet of space at Two Riverway, a Class A office building spanning 370,000 square feet at Post Oak Lane and Woodway Drive.

The accounting firm will occupy the 15th- and 16th-floor space of the building. It will move to the Two Riverway space next August. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
