PHILADELPHIA-NAI Bluestone Real Estate Capital in Philadelphia has completed five financing deals totaling more than $70 million in the region. The company has secured $21 million in financing for the Erbe apartment; $10 million for the Center City Northeastern property; $17 million for the transformation of the Robert Morris building into 111 apartments; and a $20M-million loan for the Woodbury Mews senior housing property.
