40 Pacifica

IRVINE, CA-CoreLogic Inc., a data services company, will relocate its headquarters to the Irvine Spectrum from Santa Ana next year. Last week, the company singed a lease deal with Irvine Company for about 170,000 square feet at 40 Pacifica, a 314,000-square-foot office tower in the Irvine Spectrum.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. is currently occupying a bulk of the 15-story building and it will shutter the office early next year. CoreLogic will relocate into the 40 Pacifica building by late summer 2012. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
