Unison Realty Partners Acquires Uxbridge Center for $11M
UXBRIDGE, MA-Unison Realty Partners, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, has purchased Uxbridge Center, a grocer-anchored retail center measuring 75,985 square feet at 158 Main St. in Uxbridge. An affiliate of Connecticut-based Woodgreen Management has sold the shopping center for $11.3 million.
Webster Bank financed the deal partially with an $8.4-million mortgage. The shopping center comprises a grocery store managed by Hannaford Brothers. Other occupiers in the property include Dunkin Donuts, Papa Gino's and Bank of America. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
