CLEARWATER, FL-AmeriLife in Clearwater is planning to move its 350 employees to the former Prestige Place II complex on U.S. Highway. The company has leased the new three-story, 71,000-square-foot complex at McCormick Drive for 11 years.

The property, to named AmeriLife Place, was sold by CW Capital Asset Management. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Colliers International Tampa Bay, and the landlord was represented by Ciminelli Real Estate Services. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
