CLEARWATER, FL-The Ross Realty Group, Inc. has completed the sale of a freestanding building in Brandon. Regions Bank has sold the two-story office/retail building measuring 3,885 square feet at 425 West Robertson St. to Mark Simpson for $225,000.

The property comprises 2,253 square feet of office/retail on the first floor and 1,632 square feet of mixed-use/apartment space on the second floor. The Ross Realty Group's Jason Aprile represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
