DALLAS-Chicago-based Waterton Residential has purchased a portfolio of apartment properties containing 592 upscale units in Dallas from GE Capital. The 503,775-square-foot apartment portfolio, developed by Inland American Communities, includes Vue Greenville, Vue Live Oak and Vue Fitzhugh.

The Waterton Residential is preparing to renovate the apartment buildings. The firm is also planning to acquire more properties in Dallas. Apartment Realty Advisors' Dallas office negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
