PLANO, TX-Plano-based Heady Investments has started construction on its six-story speculative office building at Legacy Town Center on the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Headquarters Drive in Plano. Construction started on the 164,000-square-foot building at the end of November and is slated to be completed by December 2012.

Heady Investments secured nearly $16 million in construction financing for Headquarters I at Legacy Town Center through Bank of the Ozarks. The construction cost of the project is estimated at $26 million. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
