HOUSTON-Denver-based SM Energy Co. is expanding its Energy Corridor office space by 74%. The company is increasing its office by 22,000 square feet at One Eldridge Place at 777 N. Eldridge Parkway.

With the new lease, SM Energy's space in the building has expanded to 52,000 square feet from 30,000 square feet. The company will occupy the additional space in Q2 2012. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant, and CBRE Group Inc. represented landlord Behringer Harvard in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
