TOLLESON, AZ-Prologis Inc., an industrial real estate company, has landed a new tenant for its Prologis Tolleson Distribution Center 1, an industrial facility spanning 302,600 square feet at 9704 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Tolleson. TJ Maxx will occupy the distribution center situated in metropolitan Phoenix.

Prologis acquired the Tolleson property for about $10 million in late August. Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the sale of Tolleson 1 to Prologis. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
