Valley Fair Mall Secures $69M Loan from PCCP

SALT LAKE CITY-PCCP LLC has offered a senior loan worth $69.2 million to recap and renovate Valley Fair Mall situated at the corner of Highway 215 and 3500 South. A joint venture between Satterfield Helm and Coventry Real Estate Advisors is the owner of the regional shopping mall spanning 877,153 square feet.

According to PCCP, a part of the loan will be used for renovating the interior of the mall and constructing a 50,000-square-foot junior anchor space and the Megaplex. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
