New Student Housing Community to Come Up in Tempe

TEMPE, AZ-Residential Housing Development in Houston is planning to construct a student housing community near Arizona State University in Tempe. The company has gathered the six acres required to build the 905-bed, 640,000-square-foot community and parking structure in two phases.

The project will also include a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, a 70,000-square-foot open space and a retail space along Apache Boulevard.
