HOWELL, MI-Blue Ash-based Viking Partners Fund I LLC has bought Crossroads Town Center, a shopping center comprising more than 95,600 square feet of space in Howell, Michigan, for an undisclosed price. The private equity real estate firm acquired the non-performing note retained by Kroger Co.-anchored mall from Torchlight Capital.

Crossroads Town Center, constructed in 2003, also houses Check N' Go, Great Clips and H&R Block. Viking plans to increase the overall occupancy rate of the center. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
