ALPHARETTA, GA-Plano, Texas-based Granite Properties has purchased the Parkside Terrace development situated in North Fulton County from RBS Citizens Bank for an undisclosed price. Parkside Terrace comprises 2 five-story Class-A office structures totaling 252,000 square feet at 3820 and 3780 Mansell Road in Alpharetta.
