CHELMSFORD, MA-KS Partners LLC has inked two lease deals totaling 74,631 square feet at 19-21 Alpha Road in Chelmsford. Airvana Inc. has renewed its lease for 63,220 square feet and Krueger Food Labs has leased 11,411 square feet at the Alpha Road building.

Richards Barry Joyce's John Wilson represented Airvana and the Stubblebine Co.'s Micah Stubblebine represented Krueger, while Jones Lang Lasalle's Troy Coady and Peter Richardson represented KS Partners in both deals on behalf of STJ Alpha Equity Partners LLC.
