CHICAGO-A venture headed by local investors Mark Hunt and Fred Latsko is planning to a 2,930-square-foot store in the Gold Coast. Lululemon Athletica Inc. has leased the store located at 930 N. Rush St. and its lease runs up to November 2019.

Hunt and Latsko purchased the property, which was formerly a Gino's pizzeria, in 2008 for $8.25 million and in 2009, completed the build-to-suit store.
