CHICAGO-A Credit Suisse Group AG unit has agreed purchase the 16-story office building that houses the headquarters of MillerCoors LLC for approximately $91 million. Boston-based AEW Capital Management LP is selling the 244,961-square-foot office building at 250 S. Wacker Drive to the Credit Suisse unit.

AEW acquired the property in 2007 for $57 million. The office tower, constructed in 1958, underwent a $40-million improvement in 2006 and 2007. It is 93% lease to tenants including MillerCoors. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
