CHICAGO-Sterling Bay Cos. of Chicago is planning to partner with Heitman LLC of Chicago to redevelop a West Loop office structure into a new headquarters for the meat business of Sara Lee Corp. Heitman will finance the development at 400 S. Jefferson St.
Sara Lee will take almost all of the four-story office building for 15 years. The building will have approximately 230,000 square feet of office space. The development cost will reach more than $30.1 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
