HFF Closes Sale of Shops at Sea Island for $20M

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, GA-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has completed the sale of a grocery-anchored retail center measuring 95,700 square feet on St. Simons Island in Georgia. Varner Properties has sold The Shops at Sea Island for $20.4 million to an undisclosed buyer.

The center is fully occupied by tenants including Bank of America, GNC, Chico's, Jos. A. Bank, Harris Teeter, The UPS Store and Talbots. Richard Reid and Jim Hamilton of HFF led the deal on behalf of Varner Properties. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
