CHICAGO-The Ricketts family has recently bought a McDonald's restaurant property located across from Wrigley Field for $20 million. A venture led by the Ricketts family has purchased nearly an acre of land at Addison and Clark streets.
The Ricketts venture bought the property for approximately $459 per square foot. Oak Brook-based McDonald's Corp. has sold the property at 3620 N. Clark St. and leased it back.
