DALLAS-Crescent Property Services Inc. has negotiated two lease deals totaling 45,548 square feet in Fountain Place, a 1.2-million-square-foot office tower in downtown Dallas. Tenet Healthcare Corp. of Dallas has leased an additional 22,121 square feet of office space and Dallas-based Hallett & Perrin PC has leased 23,427 square feet at the 60-story skyscraper.
CBRE's Phil Puckett represented Tenet and Jones Lang LaSalle's Brad Selner and Paul Whitman represented Hallett & Perrin, while Crescent Property Services' Kirby White represented the landlord in both deals. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
