Lindy Property Management Acquires Copley Place

PHILADELPHIA-Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of an apartment complex in Philadelphia's Overbrook section. Jenkintown-based Lindy Property Management Co. has seized Copley Place, an apartment complex consisting of 158 units at 7400 Haverford Ave., for $6.7 million.

An undisclosed regional bank was the seller of the property. The sales price breaks down to about $53,800 per unit. Copley Place, built in 1960, traded for $8.5 million in 2004. The complex was 60% occupied at the time of closing. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
